Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and friendly customer support via email and social media channels
Online order fulfillment and shipping
Creating and participating in new product designs
Marketing and promotions of our products
Meet and exceed accuracy and productivity expectations
Communicate with Team Leads and/or Management to correct and prevent customer complaints/issues
Suggest improvements to enhance company communications (i.e. FAQ, Website)
Additional tasks may be assigned
Desired Skills and Experience:
Have an interest in fashion
Punctual and consistent attendance is required
Must be available to work overtime, holidays and weekends as needed
Strong written and verbal communication
Solid problem-solving skills
Customer service oriented and solution focused
Most importantly, we desire to find someone who is creative and can have fun while working with us!
Located in Houston, TX or surrounding areas (Our HQ is located in Spring, TX)
Available Monday-Friday, weekends and holiday's as needed.
