Shipping/General Ordering

Question: Do we ship Internationally?

  • Yes! We absolutely do! You can read more about our shipping and delivery policies HERE

Question: When will my item(s) be delivered?

  • For domestic shipping, orders typically ship out within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday, but can take longer depending on volume. Orders are typically received within 2-4 business days, but can take as long as 7 business days.

  • For international shipping, orders typically ship out within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday, but can take longer depending on volume. Orders are typically received within 10-21 business days, but can take longer depending on your customs agency. Please note: For international orders, when receiving items from a different country, customs duty and import taxes may occur.

Question: Does Kinsley Armelle offer gift wrap?

  • Whereas we don't offer wrapping paper with a bow, all of our jewelry does go out in pull string canvas jewelry pouches and Kinsley Armelle jewelry tins to keep your jewels protected and in perfect condition to give as a gift!

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Unless we are notified prior to fulfillment, you will not receive a jewelry pouch and jewelry tin for each individual item ordered. They will be packaged together, unless we are notified by the customer about how many items are intended to be gifted.

Question: What if I have multiple gifts in one order?

  • Have no fear! Reach out to us at hello@kinsleyarmelle.com and we'll get you taken care of! We can make sure that each gift is in a separate pouch and tin. At this time, we are only able to ship to one address. If you have multiple gifts that need to go to separate places, it would be wise to place a separate order for each gift.

Question: I just placed an order, will I get a confirmation from you?

  • You definitely will! You will receive a confirmation shortly after your order was placed. It will keep you posted with shipping and tracking information as well!

Question: How do I change and or cancel my order after it's been placed?

  • Not a problem. As long as you email us as quickly as you can at hello@kinsleyarmelle.com, we can get everything taken care of for you!

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: If your order has already made it through fulfillment, and you have received a shipping notification, we will not be able to cancel your order.

Question: What forms of payment do you take? Can I apply more than one gift card/credit card to my order?

  • We currently take all major credit cards, in addition to PayPal and Amazon Pay.

  • At this time, the only gift card we accept is Kinsley Armelle gift cards.

  • You can definitely apply more than one KA gift card to your order. In the event that you use your KA gift card and still have a balance left over, you can then use your personal card to pay for the rest of the balance.

  • We do not accept any Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex gift cards on our website.

  • We do not accept multiple credit cards in one transaction.

Discounts/Promotions/Store Credit

Question: What are Druzy Points? How do I accumulate them? How do I use them?

  • Druzy points are part our rewards system! You can accumulate points by doing certain action items which are valued at different increments. You can also earn Druzy Points by placing an order. For each dollar you spend, you'll earn 1 Druzy Point!

  • Druzy Points can be redeemed for a monetary discount off of your next order with us here at Kinsley Armelle!

    • Desktop: when you're on our website, there's a little bubble with a heart in the bottom left hand corner.

    • Mobile: Click the sandwich menu (three horizontal lines) on the top right hand corner of your device. Click on Rewards Program

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Druzy Points expire after 6 months! Don't wait to redeem them :)

How do your promotions work?

  • All promotions are limited to the specific dates/times and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

  • Only 1 coupon code or offer can be added to an order and they can not be combined.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Druzy Points and Discount Codes/Promotions cannot be combined.

Question: I have multiple discounts and coupons. How can I apply them?

  • At this time, only one discount or coupon can be applied to your order.

Question: How do I apply my store credit?

  • Your store credit (which is in the form of a alpha-numeric code) must be applied on the checkout screen when you're placing your order! It cannot be applied in the "discount bar" of the cart page. You will need to apply it where you would put in your credit card information during checkout.

Klub KA

Question: Can you tell me more about Klub KA?

  • Klub KA is our exclusive subscription box! With this subscription, you will receive a new item(s) every single month!

  • Klub KA ships out on the 1st of every month. We don't happen to offer custom billing dates for this subscription service.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: You will not receive the items pictured on the Klub KA product page! Those are merely examples of what could be in your subscription box.

  • Want to cancel your Klub KA subscription? No problem! Go ahead and login to your account page on our main website. From there, you can cancel your subscription after 3 consecutive billing cycles.

Returns/Exchanges

Question: What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not (in the form of store credit).

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to prevent damage to the item(s).

  • Please note that within your returned package, we will need the order number in addition to the email address that we have on file. Any additional information or correspondence included is beneficial.

  • International customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

  • Exchanges are welcomed within 30 days from the date that your items were delivered to you, whereas returns are welcomed within 10 days from the date that your items were delivered. Read more about our Return/Exchange policy HERE

Question: Did you receive my return yet?

  • You will receive either a refund notification or a store credit from Kinsley Armelle when we process your return/exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return/exchange for it to be processed.

Question: What if my item is broken and or damaged?

  • In the event that your item has been damaged or broken in any way, please submit a claim, then send us a photo of the item to hello@kinsleyarmelle.com. Please include in detail how/what happened to the piece to see if it can be repaired or replaced.

Question: Does Kinsley Armelle Offer a Warranty?

  • Yes, we absolutely do! We offer a full 90 day warranty on all our items. Review our full policy HERE

Sizing

Question: What sizes do the bracelets come in?

  • Our bracelets have two different sizes. S/M and L/XL. S/M tends to be our most popular size, but check out our Sizing Guide for more information to see which size would best suit you!

  • If you have tried our S/M and L/XL for beaded items and neither sizes work. No worries Custom Sizing is available upon request! We would love to help you get fit you absolutely love, Please email us at hello@kinsleyarmelle.com for more information on our Custom Sizing!

  • Great question! We have a couple of different opportunities for you!

Jewelry Care

Question: Can we wear our ion plated Kinsley Armelle jewelry in the shower or pool?

  • We do not recommend submerging or wearing any Kinsley Armelle jewelry in the pool or in the shower! Wearing our jewelry in the shower or pool can cause damage to the ion plating. Keeping it out of the shower and the pool protects the jewelry's shine. We recommend avoiding soaps, lotions, cleaning products and chemicals that can be harmful to the integrity of the jewelry.
