Poor Stone Quality and Customer Service

Wow, I totally bummed out about the poor quality of the stone in my Bangle Bracelet. I understand these are natural stones and they aren’t perfect but the one I received has a rather large chip out of the stone and the piece of stone that is missing is chipped off all the way below the bezel of the bracelet. The style, fit and stone is all lovely except for the very noticeable chunk of stone that is missing. I sent Customer Service a message and they haven’t replied to my message!!! Pretty disappointing when you place an order for 6 bracelets and they don’t have the time to contact a customer when there is an issue.

Super bummed

I purchased several items because of this bangle. Ultimately, I was bummed when it came in. The bangle itself was heavy and good quality (or seemed to be). The druzy stone on top was a poor addition to the bangle. It was ill-fitting to the opening on the bangle and looked like white play doh dropped on top of the bangle. VERY different from the pictures. I'm in the process of returning.
